These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of www.llamabutterfly.com (the “Website”) and purchases made from Llama Butterfly LLC (“Llama Butterfly,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), whether online or at our physical store.
By using the Website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy and Returns & Exchanges Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website or place an order.

2. Eligibility and Accounts
You may browse the Website without creating an account. To place an order, you must be legally capable of entering into a binding agreement or have the permission and supervision of a parent or legal guardian.
If you create an account, you agree to:
Provide accurate and current information;
Keep your login credentials secure;
Promptly update information that changes; and
Accept responsibility for activity occurring through your account.
Please notify us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization. We may suspend or terminate accounts used fraudulently, unlawfully, or in violation of these Terms.
3. Permitted Use of the Website
You may use the Website only for lawful, personal, and noncommercial purposes, including learning about Llama Butterfly and purchasing our products.
You may not:
Use the Website for an unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive purpose;
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Website, customer accounts, or related systems;
Interfere with the Website’s security or operation;
Introduce viruses, malicious code, or other harmful material;
Use automated systems to scrape, copy, or extract Website content without our written permission;
Impersonate another person or provide false information;
Use our content, photographs, product descriptions, designs, or trademarks for commercial purposes without permission; or
Attempt to purchase products using unauthorized payment information.
We may restrict access to the Website when reasonably necessary to protect our customers, business, or systems.
4. Product Information
We make reasonable efforts to present product descriptions, photographs, materials, measurements, colors, prices, and availability accurately. However, minor errors or differences may occur.
Colors can appear differently depending on lighting, photography, screen settings, and the device used to view the Website.
Many of our products incorporate natural materials or artisan-made elements. Variations in color, texture, pattern, shape, dimensions, embroidery, stones, shells, leather, wool, and finish may occur. These natural or handcrafted variations can make each item unique and do not necessarily constitute defects.
Product information may be updated when we receive corrected specifications, discover an error, or change the available assortment.
If an error materially affects an order, we will contact you when reasonably possible and offer an appropriate solution, which may include correcting the order, offering an alternative, or canceling the affected item and issuing a refund.
5. Product Care
Care instructions vary by product and material. You are responsible for reviewing and following the care instructions supplied with the product or published on the applicable product page.
Natural fibers, leather, jewelry, handmade textiles, and other specialty materials may require gentle handling. Damage resulting from misuse, improper washing, unsuitable cleaning products, improper storage, ordinary wear and tear, or failure to follow applicable care instructions may not qualify as a product defect.
Contact us before cleaning an item if you are uncertain about the appropriate care method.
6. Prices, Taxes, and Payment
Prices are shown in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated. Prices may change without notice, but a price change will not affect an order already accepted by us unless the original price resulted from an obvious error.
Applicable sales tax, shipping charges, discounts, and other order amounts will be calculated during checkout when available.
By submitting payment information, you represent that:
You are authorized to use the selected payment method;
The information you provide is accurate; and
You authorize us and our payment providers to charge the total displayed for your order.
Payments may be processed by third-party payment providers. We do not control their separate systems, terms, or privacy practices.
If a payment is declined or cannot be verified, we may request another payment method or cancel the order.
7. Orders and Order Acceptance
Submitting an order is an offer to purchase the selected products. An automated order confirmation acknowledges that we received your order but does not necessarily mean that the order has been accepted or shipped.
All orders remain subject to payment authorization, product availability, fraud screening, and our acceptance.
We may reject or cancel an order for legitimate reasons, including:
A product being unavailable;
An incorrect price or product description;
A payment authorization problem;
Suspected fraud or unauthorized activity;
A shipping restriction;
An order that violates these Terms; or
Circumstances that make fulfillment impracticable.
If we cancel an order after payment has been collected, we will issue a refund for the canceled amount to the original payment method.
Inventory information can change quickly, particularly for limited-quantity and one-of-a-kind merchandise. Placing an item in a shopping cart does not reserve it.
8. Order Changes and Cancellations
Contact us promptly at support@llamabutterfly.com if you need to change or cancel an order.
We will make reasonable efforts to assist, but we cannot guarantee that an order can be changed or canceled after processing or shipment has begun.
9. Shipping and Delivery
We attempt to ship in-stock orders within two business days after the order is accepted and payment is confirmed. Business days exclude weekends and holidays. This is a processing-time goal, not a guaranteed delivery date; carrier transit time begins after shipment.
We currently ship eligible products to addresses accepted during checkout. Available shipping methods, charges, and estimated delivery information may vary based on the order and destination.
Delivery estimates are estimates rather than guaranteed delivery dates unless we expressly agree otherwise in writing.
Please provide a complete and accurate delivery address. Customers may be responsible for additional costs resulting from an incorrect or incomplete address when the carrier cannot complete delivery or must redirect a shipment.
If we learn that we cannot ship within the timeframe provided, we will communicate the delay and provide any options required by applicable law.
Carrier delays, severe weather, natural disasters, service interruptions, and other events outside our reasonable control may affect delivery. Nothing in this section limits any rights you may have under applicable consumer-protection law.
Contact us if tracking shows an unusual delay or delivery problem so we can review the available information and help determine the appropriate next step.
10. Store Pickup and In-Store Purchases
If store pickup is offered, wait for confirmation that your order is ready before visiting the store. You may be asked to provide the order confirmation and identification when collecting an order.
Purchases made at our physical boutique are also subject to the Returns & Exchanges provisions below unless different terms were clearly disclosed before purchase.
Store hours, holiday hours, and product availability may change. Current information is available on our Hours & Info page or by contacting the store.
11. Returns and Exchanges
Each piece is selected with care, and we want every purchase to feel thoughtful and lasting.
Returns and exchanges are available within seven calendar days of purchase or delivery, as applicable.
To be eligible for a return or exchange, an item must be:
In its original, unused, and sellable condition;
Accompanied by all original tags; and
Accompanied by proof of purchase.
All returned or exchanged items are inspected to confirm that they meet these requirements.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. We generally process approved refunds within 3–5 business days. Your bank or payment provider may require additional time to post the refund to your account.
Exchanges may be made for another item available at the time the exchange is processed. We cannot guarantee that a particular product, color, style, or size will remain available.
Jewelry and items identified as final sale are not eligible for return or exchange.
To request help with an online return or exchange, contact support@llamabutterfly.com and include your order number and the item you wish to return or exchange. We will provide the applicable instructions.
This section is intended to match our separate Returns & Exchanges Policy. If an unintended inconsistency appears, the Returns & Exchanges Policy displayed on the Website at the time of purchase will control with respect to that return or exchange, subject to applicable law.
12. Damaged or Incorrect Items
For online orders, please report an item that arrives damaged or incorrect within seven calendar days of delivery.

Your name;
Your order number;
A description of the problem; and
Clear photographs showing the item, packaging, and issue when reasonably possible.
We will review the information and explain the available resolution. Depending on the circumstances and available inventory, a resolution may include a replacement, exchange, repair option, refund, or another appropriate remedy.
Do not discard the item or its packaging until we have reviewed the request and provided instructions.
Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.
13. Promotions and Discount Codes
Promotions, discount codes, and special offers may be subject to additional terms, including eligibility requirements, expiration dates, product exclusions, and limits on use.
Unless otherwise stated:
Offers cannot be combined;
Discounts do not apply retroactively;
Discount codes have no cash value;
Sale merchandise may be excluded from additional discounts; and
Promotions may be changed or discontinued before an order is placed.
A promotion will not affect an order completed before the promotion began.
14. Gift Cards
If gift cards are offered, they may be used only for eligible purchases from Llama Butterfly through the channels identified when the card is issued.
Gift cards are not redeemable for cash except where required by law. Lost, stolen, or unauthorized use of gift cards may not be replaceable without adequate proof of purchase or ownership.
Additional terms presented with a gift card are incorporated into these Terms.
15. Intellectual Property
The Website and its content—including the Llama Butterfly name and logos, photographs, product descriptions, graphics, page designs, text, videos, illustrations, and other original material—are owned by or licensed to Llama Butterfly and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
We grant you a limited, revocable, nonexclusive, and nontransferable right to access and use the Website for lawful personal shopping and informational purposes.
Except as permitted by law, you may not copy, reproduce, modify, republish, distribute, sell, license, or commercially exploit Website content without our prior written permission.
References to third-party trademarks or products belong to their respective owners and do not imply endorsement unless expressly stated.
16. Reviews, Messages, and Other Submitted Content
If you submit a review, photograph, comment, testimonial, message, or other content to us, you represent that:
You have the right to submit it;
It is truthful to the best of your knowledge;
It does not violate another person’s rights;
It is not unlawful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, deceptive, or obscene; and
It does not contain malicious code or unauthorized advertising.
You retain ownership of your original content. If you submit content for public display, you grant Llama Butterfly a nonexclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, edit for length or formatting, and display that content in connection with our business and marketing.
We will not publicly disclose private customer-service communications as testimonials without permission.
We may decline, remove, or stop displaying submitted content that violates these Terms or is not relevant to the Website.
17. Third-Party Services and Links
The Website may use or link to services operated by third parties, including payment processors, maps, scheduling services, social networks, financing providers, and delivery carriers.
Third-party services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party websites, content, policies, availability, or acts, although this does not limit any responsibility we have under applicable law for our own conduct or obligations.
A link does not necessarily mean that Llama Butterfly endorses the third party.
18. Privacy
Our collection and use of personal information are described in our Privacy Policy.
By using the Website, you acknowledge that online services depend on systems and providers that may occasionally experience interruptions. Please review the Privacy Policy for information about the categories of information we collect, how it is used, and how to contact us with a privacy request.
19. Website Availability and Disclaimer
We work to maintain an accurate, secure, and functional Website, but we do not guarantee that it will always be uninterrupted, error-free, or available.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Website and its content are provided on an “as available” basis. We disclaim implied warranties relating solely to Website operation to the extent those warranties may lawfully be disclaimed.
Products remain subject to any express product warranties we provide and to rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to eliminate or limit warranties, consumer rights, or remedies that cannot legally be eliminated or limited.
20. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Llama Butterfly and its owners, officers, employees, and agents will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, punitive, or consequential damages arising from use of the Website or purchase of a product.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for a claim related to a product or order will not exceed the amount paid for the product or order giving rise to the claim.
These limitations do not apply to liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, including liability arising from fraud, willful misconduct, or other conduct for which limitation is prohibited.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain warranty exclusions or limitations of liability, so parts of this section may not apply to you.
21. Indemnification
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold Llama Butterfly harmless from third-party claims, damages, and reasonable costs arising directly from:
Your unlawful use of the Website;
Your material violation of these Terms;
Content you submit that violates another person’s rights; or
Fraudulent or intentionally harmful conduct by you.
This section does not require you to indemnify Llama Butterfly for our own negligence, unlawful conduct, or breach of these Terms.
22. Events Outside Our Reasonable Control
We will not be responsible for a delay or failure caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including severe weather, natural disasters, fire, labor disruptions, carrier interruptions, utility or internet failures, government actions, public-health emergencies, or failures of third-party service providers.
We will make reasonable efforts to communicate material fulfillment problems and provide any options required by applicable law.
23. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Subject to any rights you have under applicable law, legal proceedings relating to these Terms or a purchase from Llama Butterfly may be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction located in Salt Lake County, Utah.
Nothing in this section prevents either party from bringing an eligible claim in small claims court or exercising a consumer right that cannot legally be restricted.
24. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms to reflect changes to our products, services, policies, legal obligations, or business practices.
The “Last Updated” date will identify the most recent revision. Updated Terms apply after they are posted and do not retroactively change the agreed terms of a completed purchase unless required by law or agreed by the customer.
Your continued use of the Website after updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of those updated Terms.
25. Severability
If a provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful or unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the greatest extent permitted, and the remaining provisions will remain in effect.
26. No Waiver
A failure by either party to enforce a provision of these Terms does not waive the right to enforce that provision later.
27. Assignment
You may not transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms without our written consent.
We may transfer our rights and obligations as part of a merger, reorganization, financing, sale of assets, or other transfer of the business, subject to applicable law.
28. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, Returns & Exchanges Policy, and any additional terms disclosed for a specific product, promotion, or service, constitute the agreement between you and Llama Butterfly concerning the Website and your purchase.
If specific promotional or product terms conflict with these general Terms, the more specific terms will control for that promotion or product, except where prohibited by law.
